Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Delhi – The Gateway to Haridwar
Your journey begins with a warm welcome by the Varu Shreya team in Delhi. We proceed by road to Haridwar (approx. 6–7 hours). In the evening, witness the soul-stirring Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri, where thousands of floating lamps light up the sacred river.

Day 2: Haridwar to Barkot (via Mussoorie)
Drive through the scenic “Queen of Hills,” Mussoorie. Stop at the majestic Kempty Falls before reaching Barkot, the base for your first Dham.

Day 3: The First Dham – Yamunotri
A short drive to Janki Chatti followed by a 6 km trek (on foot, pony, or doli) leads you to the source of the River Yamuna. Offer prayers at the main temple and cook rice in the natural hot springs of Surya Kund.

Day 4: Barkot to Uttarkashi
Travel to the spiritual hub of Uttarkashi. Visit the ancient Kashi Vishwanath Temple, which houses a massive brass trident (Trishul) and offers a serene atmosphere for meditation.

Day 5: The Second Dham – Gangotri
Drive through the stunning Harsil Valley, known as the “Mini Switzerland of India.” At Gangotri, take a holy dip in the Bhagirathi River and attend the puja at the white granite temple dedicated to Goddess Ganga.

Day 6: Uttarkashi to Guptkashi
A long but beautiful drive along the Mandakini River. Guptkashi is home to the Ardhnarishwar Temple, where Lord Shiva is worshipped in his half-man, half-woman form.

Day 7: The Third Dham – Kedarnath (The Ascent)
Travel to Sonprayag/Gaurikund to begin the 16–18 km trek to Kedarnath. Whether you choose to trek or opt for a helicopter (subject to availability), the sight of the 8th-century temple against the snowy peaks is life-changing.

Day 8: Kedarnath Darshan & Return to Guptkashi
Participate in the early morning Abhishek Puja. After soaking in the divine energy of the Jyotirlinga, trek back down to Gaurikund and return to your hotel for a well-deserved rest.

Day 9: Guptkashi to Badrinath
A scenic drive through Joshimath brings you to the final Dham. In the evening, visit the Badrinath Temple, one of the 108 Divya Desams of Lord Vishnu, and witness the mesmerizing evening Aarti.

Day 10: Badrinath Exploration & Rudraprayag
Take a ritual bath in the Tapt Kund (natural sulfur springs). Explore Mana Village, the last Indian village before the Tibet border, and visit Vyas Gufa and Bhim Pul. Later, drive to Rudraprayag, the confluence of rivers Alaknanda and Mandakini.

Day 11: Rudraprayag to Rishikesh
On the way to Rishikesh, stop at Devprayag to see the confluence where the Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers meet to officially become the Ganga. In Rishikesh, visit the iconic Lakshman Jhula and Ram Jhula.

Day 12: Rishikesh to Delhi – The Final Farewell
After breakfast, we drive back to Delhi. Our representative will drop you at the airport or railway station, marking the conclusion of your holy yatra with Varu Shreya.
